The wheel and the bet spots

The wheel has 54 segments. Number segments make up most of it: 21 segments show 1, 13 show 2, seven show 5 and four show 10. The rest are bonus segments: four Coin Flip, two Cash Hunt, two Pachinko and a single Crazy Time segment. Players can bet on any combination of spots, and each spot is a separate wager that is settled on its own.

The number spots pay 1:1, 2:1, 5:1 and 10:1. The more often a spot lands, the less it pays: the 1 covers 21 of 54 segments and comes up in roughly 39% of spins, while the Crazy Time bonus covers one segment and comes up in fewer than 2% of spins.

The Top Slot and the bonus games

The Top Slot is an extra reel display above the main game that shows two results at each spin: one bet spot and a multiplier. If the wheel then stops on the spot the Top Slot picked, the outcome is multiplied. For a number spot, the multiplier is applied to the winning bet; for a bonus spot, it carries into the bonus round.

The four bonus games work differently: - Coin Flip: a coin with a red and a blue side, each showing a multiplier, is flipped, and the side that lands up sets the payout. - Cash Hunt: a large board of multipliers is hidden behind symbols and shuffled, and each player picks a target, so players can win different amounts in the same round. - Pachinko: a puck is dropped down a wall of pegs and lands on a multiplier at the bottom; a "double" slot doubles the multipliers and drops the puck again. - Crazy Time: a larger virtual wheel with three flappers, where each player chooses one flapper and wins the multiplier it points to; "double" or "triple" results spin again with bigger values.

Why the RTP differs by bet spot

Each bet spot's payouts are set against its own probability, and Evolution lists a separate RTP for each spot in the game's help screen. Betting on several spots at once does not blend these into a better return: every stake carries the edge of the spot it is on, and the bonus spots pay large multipliers only rarely, so results swing far more than on the numbers. The Top Slot changes the size of individual wins, not the fact that the house keeps an edge on every spot. No combination of bets or system beats the house edge.
