Updated Pro-Casinos editorial desk

Pro-Casinos publishes explainers on casino games, bonus small print and India’s gaming legislation. What follows comes in two halves. Part A covers the rules for using pro-casinos.com; Part B is our disclaimer, setting out which of our statements deserve trust and where that trust should stop. Opening any page here means accepting both halves in their current wording.

Part A — Terms of use

A1. The parties

On one side is you, the reader. On the other is the publishing company identified, with its registered office, in clause A9. “We”, “our” and “us” refer to that company together with the editors on its payroll. Disagree with something? Then the only way out is to close the tab — there is no account to cancel and no subscription to end.

A2. Age and Indian law

Our readership is meant to be 18 or older. Being an adult does not settle the matter. Since August 2025 the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 bans online money games across the whole country, and the rules framed under it apply from 1 May 2026. A page on pro-casinos.com describing a slot, a table game or a brand gives nobody permission to stake money on it. Anyone reading from abroad must look up the rules of their own jurisdiction.

A3. Fair use of the pages

Reading, printing a copy for personal reference and sending its link to friends are all fine, provided nobody makes money from it. Quoting a few lines is welcome too: credit Pro-Casinos and point back to the source page. Copyright in our writing, comparison tables, icons and layout stays with us. Photographs and screenshots carry the credit of whoever owns them, and brand marks of operators remain theirs.

A4. Uses we do not allow

  • republishing full articles, review grids or our offers table on another site, app, group or channel;
  • automated harvesting of pages, or crawlers aggressive enough to slow the server down;
  • embedding our pages in a frame that passes them off as somebody else’s work;
  • quoting our links or texts as if Pro-Casinos were urging anyone to place a bet.

A5. Outbound “Visit site” buttons

These buttons travel via a short pro-casinos.com/go/… hop before landing on the operator. Several of them bring in a referral payment; the section How we make money spells out the deal and its limits. Whatever you sign up to on a casino’s pages is a contract with that casino, and Pro-Casinos is no party to it.

A6. Personal data

No sign-up form, mailing list or comment thread exists on pro-casinos.com. Server records and a small set of cookies are the whole story; our privacy policy names each of them and counts as part of these terms.

A7. Governing law

Gibraltar law, the home jurisdiction of the publisher, governs this arrangement. Consumer rights given to you by the place you live in survive it, and so does your right to go to a court or regulator there.

A8. New versions

Fresh legislation or a change to how pro-casinos.com operates will prompt an update. Check the “Updated” stamp near the title to see which edition is current; each visit is measured against the edition live that day.

A9. Publisher and notices

Pro-Casinos is a title of Ponientholm Press Limited, Watergardens, Waterport, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. Send notices under these terms, correction requests and legal correspondence to [email protected]. The company offers no gambling product and holds no gaming permit of any jurisdiction. Telephone support is not offered.

Part B — Disclaimer

Here we mark the edges of what Pro-Casinos can stand behind. Every section of the site is covered: brand reviews, bonus explainers, slot and table guides, lottery articles, news and the pages summarising Indian law.

B1. A publisher, not a casino

Nobody can bet with us. We sell no lottery tickets, keep no player wallets and handle no deposits or withdrawals. Writing about games requires no gaming permit, and we have none. Whatever licence a review mentions is the operator’s own; we neither hold it nor speak for the regulator that issued it, and we cannot make either of them act on your behalf.

B2. Law pages are not legal advice

Articles about the 2025 Act, the 2026 rules and the Online Gaming Authority of India aim to help readers understand the framework. They paraphrase official texts and press coverage as they stood on the date printed on each article. Before 2025 the states regulated most gambling themselves, and licensed land-based casinos in Goa and Sikkim still run under state legislation — a separate matter from playing online, which the Act prohibits for every state alike. Judges and ministries may read the provisions in ways we have not anticipated, and amendments can arrive with little notice. Take your own situation to an advocate enrolled in India.

B3. Bonus figures in rupees

Welcome deals, spin counts, wagering multiples and deposit thresholds are taken from operator pages, or from our offers database, on the day someone on the desk checked them. Casinos rewrite these conditions overnight, show one version to some visitors and another to the rest, and apply their own exchange rates. A sum quoted correctly in March may be stale by April. Only the terms page on the operator’s site, read on the day you sign up, commits the operator to anything.

B4. Odds and charts

RTP and house-edge numbers are long-run averages that only settle after an enormous run of rounds; a single session can land very far from them in either direction. Worked examples, basic-strategy tables and wagering arithmetic on our pages exist to explain how the games are built. No system, betting progression or paid “signal” removes the margin each game is designed to keep, and no page of ours suggests otherwise.

B5. Facts about brands

Ownership, year of launch, licence numbers and the list of payment options in a review reflect what a brand says about itself, cross-checked with public registers when we wrote it. Pro-Casinos does not inspect operators, certify their random number generators or watch their licences day by day. Appearing in our tables is not a seal of approval, and it certainly does not make a brand lawful for Indian players: under the Act, no online casino is.

B6. UPI, wallets and cards

When a review names UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, NetBanking or a card scheme, it is repeating the operator’s cashier page. The Act forbids banks and payment systems from handling money for online money games, so any of those methods may be refused, reversed or flagged by your bank. Payments you attempt are your own responsibility.

B6a. Lotteries

Our lottery articles describe how draws are organised, how prize tiers are worked out and what to look for in the rules of a draw. Several states run or authorise paper lotteries of their own, and each sets its own conditions for who may buy and how prizes are claimed. Results printed by us are copied from the organiser; should our copy disagree with the organiser’s official list, trust the official list. Ticket sellers, agents and apps that resell entries to foreign draws are separate businesses; we do not check their standing, and buying through them can fall outside what state law permits.

B6b. Crypto at casino cashiers

Some reviews list Bitcoin, USDT or other tokens among deposit options. Mentioning a coin is not investment commentary. Token prices swing within hours, transfers sent to the wrong address are usually lost for good, and Indian tax and reporting rules on virtual digital assets apply to the holder regardless of where the coins were spent.

B6c. Demo modes

Where we mention that a slot or table game has a free demo, we mean the version the studio or the operator chooses to show. Demo settings can differ from the paid version, and a pleasant run in practice mode predicts nothing about real stakes.

B7. Tax

Winnings, where any are received, can carry tax obligations under the Income-tax Act and related rules. We do not calculate or advise on anyone’s tax position; a chartered accountant can.

B8. Commercial links

A part of our outbound links pays the publisher. Which links those are, and the effect on which brands we list and where, is laid out in How we make money. Being paid for a click never converts a review into a recommendation to register, and a missing commission never earns a brand a harsher review.

B9. Third-party websites

A link can take you to a casino, a game studio, a ministry or a newspaper. From that point its texts, its safeguards and its treatment of visitors are that site’s business, not ours. We link because a page seemed relevant, which is not the same as standing behind every word on it.

B10. Older articles

News pieces and legal updates reflect the moment of writing. Mistakes reported to us get fixed, yet older stories are not rewritten each time events move. Glance at the “Updated” stamp near the title before acting on anything you read.

B11. Pictures and trademarks

Game art, screenshots and brand marks appear so readers can recognise what an article is talking about. The owner of each image is credited beside it. Showing them is not a sign that any owner approves of, pays for or has reviewed our page.

B12. Help pages are not therapy

What we write about deposit caps, cooling-off tools and early danger signals is general reading. They are not counselling, diagnosis or treatment, and they cannot replace a conversation with a doctor or a trained adviser.

B13. Limits on liability

Pro-Casinos costs nothing to read and comes without warranties. So far as Gibraltar law and the rules of the country you live in permit, Ponientholm Press Limited will not compensate gambling losses, decisions taken on a bonus or a number that later moved, the acts of an operator or payment company, or periods when pro-casinos.com is offline. Fraud, and any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited, remains fully with the publisher.

B14. When play stops being fun

Close the session, put the phone down and tell someone close to you what is going on. Our responsible gambling guide covers the danger signs, practical ways to cap time and spending, and organisations that help. Trying to win back yesterday’s losses is how a bad week becomes a bad year.

B15. Spotted an error?

Email [email protected], pasting the link and quoting the doubtful line. An editor compares every report with the original source before changing anything. Formal letters can be posted to Ponientholm Press Limited, Watergardens, Waterport, Gibraltar GX11 1AA.
